21:7 So they asked Him, saying, "Teacher, but when will these things be? And what sign will there be when these things are about to take place?"
21:8 And He said: "Take heed that you not be deceived. For many will come in My name, saying, 'I am He,' and, 'The time has drawn near.' Therefore do not go after them.
21:9 "But when you hear of wars and commotions, do not be terrified; for these things must come to pass first, but the end will not come immediately."
21:10 Then He said to them, "Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.
21:11 "And there will be great earthquakes in various places, and famines and pestilences; and there will be fearful sights and great signs from heaven.
21:12 "But before all these things, they will lay their hands on you and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues and prisons. You will be brought before kings and rulers for My name's sake.
21:13 "But it will turn out for you as an occasion for testimony.
21:14 "Therefore settle it in your hearts not to meditate beforehand on what you will answer;
21:15 "for I will give you a mouth and wisdom which all your adversaries will not be able to contradict or resist.
21:16 "You will be betrayed even by parents and brothers, relatives and friends; and they will put some of you to death.
21:17 "And you will be hated by all for My name's sake.
21:18 "But not a hair of your head shall be lost.
21:19 "By your patience possess your souls.
◆終末の徴

◆Исцеление одержимого человека из Гадарены
8:28 Когда Иисус достиг области Гадарены на другом берегу реки, к Нему из гробниц подошли двое одержимых бесами. Они были так жестоки, что никто не мог пройти по дороге.
8:29 Внезапно они закричали: «Сын Божий, оставь нас! Зачем Ты пришел сюда и мучил нас прежде времени?»
8:30 Вдали паслось большое стадо свиней.
8:31 Бесы умоляли Иисуса: «Если Ты хочешь изгнать нас, пошли нас к свиньям».
8:32 Иисус сказал: «Идите». Бесы вышли из них и пошли к свиньям. Всё стадо свиней бросилось с обрыва в озеро и утонуло в воде.
8:33 Свинопасы убежали и пошли в город, и рассказали всем о человеке, одержимом бесом.
8:34 Тогда все горожане пришли посмотреть на него. Увидев его, они велели ему покинуть эту местность.
8:28 When He had come to the other side, to the country of the Gergesenes, there met Him two demon-possessed men, coming out of the tombs, exceedingly fierce, so that no one could pass that way.
8:29 And suddenly they cried out, saying, "What have we to do with You, Jesus, You Son of God? Have You come here to torment us before the time?"
8:30 Now a good way off from them there was a herd of many swine feeding.
8:31 So the demons begged Him, saying, "If You cast us out, permit us to go away into the herd of swine."
8:32 And He said to them, "Go." So when they had come out, they went into the herd of swine. And suddenly the whole herd of swine ran violently down the steep place into the sea, and perished in the water.
8:33 Then those who kept them fled; and they went away into the city and told everything, including what had happened to the demon-possessed men.
8:34 And behold, the whole city came out to meet Jesus. And when they saw Him, they begged Him to depart from their region.
◆悪霊に取りつかれたガダラの人をいやす
8:28 イエスが向こう岸のガダラ人の地方に着かれると、悪霊に取りつかれた者が二人、墓場から出てイエスのところにやって来た。二人は非常に狂暴で、だれもその辺りの道を通れないほどであった。

12:43 "When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest, and finds none.
12:44 "Then he says, 'I will return to my house from which I came.' And when he comes, he finds it empty, swept, and put in order.
12:45 "Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first. So shall it also be with this wicked generation."

12:43 「汚れた霊は、人から出て行くと、砂漠をうろつき、休む場所を探すが、見つからない。

16:1 In the thirty-sixth year of the reign of Asa, Baasha king of Israel came up against Judah and built Ramah, that he might let none go out or come in to Asa king of Judah.
16:2 Then Asa brought silver and gold from the treasuries of the house of the Lord and of the king's house, and sent to Ben-Hadad king of Syria, who dwelt in Damascus, saying,
16:3 "Let there be a treaty between you and me, as there was between my father and your father. Here, I have sent you silver and gold; come, break your treaty with Baasha king of Israel, so that he will withdraw from me."
16:4 So Ben-Hadad heeded King Asa, and sent the captains of his armies against the cities of Israel. They attacked Ijon, Dan, Abel Maim, and all the storage cities of Naphtali.
16:5 Now it happened, when Baasha heard it, that he stopped building Ramah and ceased his work.
16:6 Then King Asa took all Judah, and they carried away the stones and timber of Ramah, which Baasha had used for building; and with them he built Geba and Mizpah.
16:7 And at that time Hanani the seer came to Asa king of Judah, and said to him: "Because you have relied on the king of Syria, and have not relied on the Lord your God, therefore the army of the king of Syria has escaped from your hand.
16:8 "Were the Ethiopians and the Lubim not a huge army with very many chariots and horsemen? Yet, because you relied on the Lord, He delivered them into your hand.
16:9 "For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him. In this you have done foolishly; therefore from now on you shall have wars."
16:10 Then Asa was angry with the seer, and put him in prison, for he was enraged at him because of this. And Asa oppressed some of the people at that time.
16:11 Note that the acts of Asa, first and last, are indeed written in the book of the kings of Judah and Israel.
16:12 And in the thirty-ninth year of his reign, Asa became diseased in his feet, and his malady was severe; yet in his disease he did not seek the Lord, but the physicians.
16:13 So Asa rested with his fathers; he died in the forty-first year of his reign.
16:14 They buried him in his own tomb, which he had made for himself in the City of David; and they laid him in the bed which was filled with spices and various ingredients prepared in a mixture of ointments. They made a very great burning for him.

24:17 And He said to them, "What kind of conversation is this that you have with one another as you walk and are sad?"
24:18 Then the one whose name was Cleopas answered and said to Him, "Are You the only stranger in Jerusalem, and have You not known the things which happened there in these days?"
24:19 And He said to them, "What things?" So they said to Him, "The things concerning Jesus of Nazareth, who was a Prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people,
24:20 "and how the chief priests and our rulers delivered Him to be condemned to death, and crucified Him.
24:21 "But we were hoping that it was He who was going to redeem Israel. Indeed, besides all this, today is the third day since these things happened.
24:22 "Yes, and certain women of our company, who arrived at the tomb early, astonished us.
24:23 "When they did not find His body, they came saying that they had also seen a vision of angels who said He was alive.
24:24 "And certain of those who were with us went to the tomb and found it just as the women had said; but Him they did not see."
24:25 Then He said to them, "O foolish ones, and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken!
24:26 "Ought not the Christ to have suffered these things and to enter into His glory?"
24:27 And beginning at Moses and all the Prophets, He expounded to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself.
24:28 Then they drew near to the village where they were going, and He indicated that He would have gone farther.
24:29 But they constrained Him, saying, "Abide with us, for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent." And He went in to stay with them.
24:30 Now it came to pass, as He sat at the table with them, that He took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to them.
24:31 Then their eyes were opened and they knew Him; and He vanished from their sight.
24:32 And they said to one another, "Did not our heart burn within us while He talked with us on the road, and while He opened the Scriptures to us?"
24:33 So they rose up that very hour and returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven and those who were with them gathered together,
24:34 saying, "The Lord is risen indeed, and has appeared to Simon!"
24:35 And they told about the things that had happened on the road, and how He was known to them in the breaking of bread.
24:36 Now as they said these things, Jesus Himself stood in the midst of them, and said to them, "Peace to you."
24:37 But they were terrified and frightened, and supposed they had seen a spirit.
24:38 And He said to them, "Why are you troubled? And why do doubts arise in your hearts?
24:39 "Behold My hands and My feet, that it is I Myself. Handle Me and see, for a spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see I have."
24:40 When He had said this, He showed them His hands and His feet.
24:41 But while they still did not believe for joy, and marveled, He said to them, "Have you any food here?"
24:42 So they gave Him a piece of a broiled fish and some honeycomb.
24:43 And He took it and ate in their presence.
24:44 Then He said to them, "These are the words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all things must be fulfilled which were written in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms concerning Me."
24:45 And He opened their understanding, that they might comprehend the Scriptures.
24:46 Then He said to them, "Thus it is written, and thus it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day,
24:47 "and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
24:48 "And you are witnesses of these things.
24:49 "Behold, I send the Promise of My Father upon you; but tarry in the city of Jerusalem until you are endued with power from on high."

27:5 Решетка будет прикреплена к нижней стороне выступающей полки, на середине высоты жертвенника.
27:6 Сделайте шест из акации и покройте его бронзой для переноски жертвенника.
27:7 Вставьте шест в кольца так, чтобы при переносе жертвенника с каждой стороны был шест.

27:6 "And you shall make poles for the altar, poles of acacia wood, and overlay them with bronze.
27:7 "The poles shall be put in the rings, and the poles shall be on the two sides of the altar to bear it.
27:8 "You shall make it hollow with boards; as it was shown you on the mountain, so shall they make it.
27:9 "You shall also make the court of the tabernacle. For the south side there shall be hangings for the court made of fine woven linen, one hundred cubits long for one side.
27:10 "And its twenty pillars and their twenty sockets shall be bronze. The hooks of the pillars and their bands shall be silver.
27:11 "Likewise along the length of the north side there shall be hangings one hundred cubits long, with its twenty pillars and their twenty sockets of bronze, and the hooks of the pillars and their bands of silver.
27:12 "And along the width of the court on the west side shall be hangings of fifty cubits, with their ten pillars and their ten sockets.
27:13 "The width of the court on the east side shall be fifty cubits.
27:14 "The hangings on one side of the gate shall be fifteen cubits, with their three pillars and their three sockets.
27:15 "And on the other side shall be hangings of fifteen cubits, with their three pillars and their three sockets.
27:16 "For the gate of the court there shall be a screen twenty cubits long, woven of blue, purple, and scarlet thread, and fine woven linen, made by a weaver. It shall have four pillars and four sockets.
27:17 "All the pillars around the court shall have bands of silver; their hooks shall be of silver and their sockets of bronze.
27:18 "The length of the court shall be one hundred cubits, the width fifty throughout, and the height five cubits, made of fine woven linen, and its sockets of bronze.
27:19 "All the utensils of the tabernacle for all its service, all its pegs, and all the pegs of the court, shall be of bronze.
27:20 "And you shall command the children of Israel that they bring you pure oil of pressed olives for the light, to cause the lamp to burn continually.
27:21 "In the tabernacle of meeting, outside the veil which is before the Testimony, Aaron and his sons shall tend it from evening until morning before the Lord. It shall be a statute forever to their generations on behalf of the children of Israel.

◆常夜灯

12:43 "When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest, and finds none.
12:44 "Then he says, 'I will return to my house from which I came.' And when he comes, he finds it empty, swept, and put in order.
12:45 "Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first. So shall it also be with this wicked generation."

3:1 Now Solomon began to build the house of the Lord at Jerusalem on Mount Moriah, where the Lord had appeared to his father David, at the place that David had prepared on the threshing floor of Ornan the Jebusite.
3:2 And he began to build on the second day of the second month in the fourth year of his reign.
3:3 This is the foundation which Solomon laid for building the house of God: The length was sixty cubits (by cubits according to the former measure) and the width twenty cubits.
3:4 And the vestibule that was in front of the sanctuary was twenty cubits long across the width of the house, and the height was one hundred and twenty. He overlaid the inside with pure gold.
3:5 The larger room he paneled with cypress which he overlaid with fine gold, and he carved palm trees and chainwork on it.
3:6 And he decorated the house with precious stones for beauty, and the gold was gold from Parvaim.
3:7 He also overlaid the house-the beams and doorposts, its walls and doors-with gold; and he carved cherubim on the walls.
3:8 And he made the Most Holy Place. Its length was according to the width of the house, twenty cubits, and its width twenty cubits. He overlaid it with six hundred talents of fine gold.
3:9 The weight of the nails was fifty shekels of gold; and he overlaid the upper area with gold.
3:10 In the Most Holy Place he made two cherubim, fashioned by carving, and overlaid them with gold.
3:11 The wings of the cherubim were twenty cubits in overall length: one wing of the one cherub was five cubits, touching the wall of the room, and the other wing was five cubits, touching the wing of the other cherub;
3:12 one wing of the other cherub was five cubits, touching the wall of the room, and the other wing also was five cubits, touching the wing of the other cherub.
3:13 The wings of these cherubim spanned twenty cubits overall. They stood on their feet, and they faced inward.
3:14 And he made the veil of blue, purple, crimson, and fine linen, and wove cherubim into it.
3:15 Also he made in front of the temple two pillars thirty-five cubits high, and the capital that was on the top of each of them was five cubits.
3:16 He made wreaths of chainwork, as in the inner sanctuary, and put them on top of the pillars; and he made one hundred pomegranates, and put them on the wreaths of chainwork.
3:17 Then he set up the pillars before the temple, one on the right hand and the other on the left; he called the name of the one on the right hand Jachin, and the name of the one on the left Boaz.

6:32 "For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.
6:33 "But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
6:34 "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

6:27 あなたがたのうちだれが、思い悩んだからといって、寿命をわずかでも延ばすことができようか。
6:28 なぜ、衣服のことで思い悩むのか。野の花がどのように育つのか、注意して見なさい。働きもせず、紡ぎもしない。
6:29 しかし、言っておく。栄華を極めたソロモンでさえ、この花の一つほどにも着飾ってはいなかった。

20:6 "And I will add to your days fifteen years. I will deliver you and this city from the hand of the king of Assyria; and I will defend this city for My own sake, and for the sake of My servant David." ' "
20:7 Then Isaiah said, "Take a lump of figs." So they took and laid it on the boil, and he recovered.
20:8 And Hezekiah said to Isaiah, "What is the sign that the Lord will heal me, and that I shall go up to the house of the Lord the third day?"
20:9 Then Isaiah said, "This is the sign to you from the Lord, that the Lord will do the thing which He has spoken: shall the shadow go forward ten degrees or go backward ten degrees?"
20:10 And Hezekiah answered, "It is an easy thing for the shadow to go down ten degrees; no, but let the shadow go backward ten degrees."

3:25 Do not be afraid of sudden terror,Nor of trouble from the wicked when it comes;
3:26 For the Lord will be your confidence,And will keep your foot from being caught.
3:27 Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due,When it is in the power of your hand to do so.

13:1 A wise son heeds his father's instruction,But a scoffer does not listen to rebuke.
13:2 A man shall eat well by the fruit of his mouth,But the soul of the unfaithful feeds on violence.
13:3 He who guards his mouth preserves his life,But he who opens wide his lips shall have destruction.
13:4 The soul of a lazy man desires, and has nothing;But the soul of the diligent shall be made rich.
13:5 A righteous man hates lying,But a wicked man is loathsome and comes to shame.

34:1 Josiah was eight years old when he became king, and he reigned thirty-one years in Jerusalem.
34:2 And he did what was right in the sight of the Lord, and walked in the ways of his father David; he did not turn aside to the right hand or to the left.
34:3 For in the eighth year of his reign, while he was still young, he began to seek the God of his father David; and in the twelfth year he began to purge Judah and Jerusalem of the high places, the wooden images, the carved images, and the molded images.
34:4 They broke down the altars of the Baals in his presence, and the incense altars which were above them he cut down; and the wooden images, the carved images, and the molded images he broke in pieces, and made dust of them and scattered it on the graves of those who had sacrificed to them.
34:5 He also burned the bones of the priests on their altars, and cleansed Judah and Jerusalem.
34:6 And so he did in the cities of Manasseh, Ephraim, and Simeon, as far as Naphtali and all around, with axes.
34:7 When he had broken down the altars and the wooden images, had beaten the carved images into powder, and cut down all the incense altars throughout all the land of Israel, he returned to Jerusalem.
34:8 In the eighteenth year of his reign, when he had purged the land and the temple, he sent Shaphan the son of Azaliah, Maaseiah the governor of the city, and Joah the son of Joahaz the recorder, to repair the house of the Lord his God.
34:9 When they came to Hilkiah the high priest, they delivered the money that was brought into the house of God, which the Levites who kept the doors had gathered from the hand of Manasseh and Ephraim, from all the remnant of Israel, from all Judah and Benjamin, and which they had brought back to Jerusalem.
34:10 Then they put it in the hand of the foremen who had the oversight of the house of the Lord; and they gave it to the workmen who worked in the house of the Lord, to repair and restore the house.
34:11 They gave it to the craftsmen and builders to buy hewn stone and timber for beams, and to floor the houses which the kings of Judah had destroyed.
34:12 And the men did the work faithfully. Their overseers were Jahath and Obadiah the Levites, of the sons of Merari, and Zechariah and Meshullam, of the sons of the Kohathites, to supervise. Others of the Levites, all of whom were skillful with instruments of music,
34:13 were over the burden bearers and were overseers of all who did work in any kind of service. And some of the Levites were scribes, officers, and gatekeepers.
34:14 Now when they brought out the money that was brought into the house of the Lord, Hilkiah the priest found the Book of the Law of the Lord given by Moses.
34:15 Then Hilkiah answered and said to Shaphan the scribe, "I have found the Book of the Law in the house of the Lord." And Hilkiah gave the book to Shaphan.
34:16 So Shaphan carried the book to the king, bringing the king word, saying, "All that was committed to your servants they are doing.
34:17 "And they have gathered the money that was found in the house of the Lord, and have delivered it into the hand of the overseers and the workmen."
34:18 Then Shaphan the scribe told the king, saying, "Hilkiah the priest has given me a book." And Shaphan read it before the king.
34:19 Thus it happened, when the king heard the words of the Law, that he tore his clothes.
34:20 Then the king commanded Hilkiah, Ahikam the son of Shaphan, Abdon the son of Micah, Shaphan the scribe, and Asaiah a servant of the king, saying,
34:21 "Go, inquire of the Lord for me, and for those who are left in Israel and Judah, concerning the words of the book that is found; for great is the wrath of the Lord that is poured out on us, because our fathers have not kept the word of the Lord, to do according to all that is written in this book."
34:22 So Hilkiah and those the king had appointed went to Huldah the prophetess, the wife of Shallum the son of Tokhath, the son of Hasrah, keeper of the wardrobe. (She dwelt in Jerusalem in the Second Quarter.) And they spoke to her to that effect.
34:23 Then she answered them, "Thus says the Lord God of Israel, 'Tell the man who sent you to Me,
34:24 "Thus says the Lord: 'Behold, I will bring calamity on this place and on its inhabitants, all the curses that are written in the book which they have read before the king of Judah,
34:25 'because they have forsaken Me and burned incense to other gods, that they might provoke Me to anger with all the works of their hands. Therefore My wrath will be poured out on this place, and not be quenched.' " '
34:26 "But as for the king of Judah, who sent you to inquire of the Lord, in this manner you shall speak to him, 'Thus says the Lord God of Israel: "Concerning the words which you have heard-
34:27 "because your heart was tender, and you humbled yourself before God when you heard His words against this place and against its inhabitants, and you humbled yourself before Me, and you tore your clothes and wept before Me, I also have heard you," says the Lord.
34:28 "Surely I will gather you to your fathers, and you shall be gathered to your grave in peace; and your eyes shall not see all the calamity which I will bring on this place and its inhabitants." ' " So they brought back word to the king.
34:29 Then the king sent and gathered all the elders of Judah and Jerusalem.
34:30 The king went up to the house of the Lord, with all the men of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem-the priests and the Levites, and all the people, great and small. And he read in their hearing all the words of the Book of the Covenant which had been found in the house of the Lord.
34:31 Then the king stood in his place and made a covenant before the Lord, to follow the Lord, and to keep His commandments and His testimonies and His statutes with all his heart and all his soul, to perform the words of the covenant that were written in this book.
34:32 And he made all who were present in Jerusalem and Benjamin take a stand. So the inhabitants of Jerusalem did according to the covenant of God, the God of their fathers.
34:33 Thus Josiah removed all the abominations from all the country that belonged to the children of Israel, and made all who were present in Israel diligently serve the Lord their God. All his days they did not depart from following the Lord God of their fathers.

13:10 高慢にふるまえば争いになるばかりだ。勧めを受け入れる人は知恵を得る。

13:12 待ち続けるだけでは心が病む。かなえられた望みは命の木。
13:13 言葉を侮る者は滅ぼされ／戒めを敬う者は報われる。

◆ユダの王ヨシヤ
22:1 ヨシヤは八歳で王となり、三十一年間エルサレムで王位にあった。その母は名をエディダといい、ボツカト出身のアダヤの娘であった。
22:2 彼は主の目にかなう正しいことを行い、父祖ダビデの道をそのまま歩み、右にも左にもそれなかった。
22:3 ヨシヤ王の治世第十八年に、王はメシュラムの孫でアツァルヤの子である書記官シャファンを主の神殿に遣わして言った。

8:6 イエスを試して、訴える口実を得るために、こう言ったのである。イエスはかがみ込み、指で地面に何か書き始められた。
8:7 しかし、彼らがしつこく問い続けるので、イエスは身を起こして言われた。「あなたたちの中で罪を犯したことのない者が、まず、この女に石を投げなさい。」
8:8 そしてまた、身をかがめて地面に書き続けられた。

18:10 「二人の人が祈るために神殿に上った。一人はファリサイ派の人で、もう一人は徴税人だった。
18:11 ファリサイ派の人は立って、心の中でこのように祈った。『神様、わたしはほかの人たちのように、奪い取る者、不正な者、姦通を犯す者でなく、また、この徴税人のような者でもないことを感謝します。
18:12 わたしは週に二度断食し、全収入の十分の一を献げています。』
18:13 ところが、徴税人は遠くに立って、目を天に上げようともせず、胸を打ちながら言った。『神様、罪人のわたしを憐れんでください。』
18:14 言っておくが、義とされて家に帰ったのは、この人であって、あのファリサイ派の人ではない。だれでも高ぶる者は低くされ、へりくだる者は高められる。」

◆洗礼者ヨハネとイエス
7:18 ヨハネの弟子たちが、これらすべてのことについてヨハネに知らせた。そこで、ヨハネは弟子の中から二人を呼んで、
7:19 主のもとに送り、こう言わせた。「来るべき方は、あなたでしょうか。それとも、ほかの方を待たなければなりませんか。」
7:20 二人はイエスのもとに来て言った。「わたしたちは洗礼者ヨハネからの使いの者ですが、『来るべき方は、あなたでしょうか。それとも、ほかの方を待たなければなりませんか』とお尋ねするようにとのことです。」
7:21 そのとき、イエスは病気や苦しみや悪霊に悩んでいる多くの人々をいやし、大勢の盲人を見えるようにしておられた。
7:22 それで、二人にこうお答えになった。「行って、見聞きしたことをヨハネに伝えなさい。目の見えない人は見え、足の不自由な人は歩き、重い皮膚病を患っている人は清くなり、耳の聞こえない人は聞こえ、死者は生き返り、貧しい人は福音を告げ知らされている。

7:27 『見よ、わたしはあなたより先に使者を遣わし、／あなたの前に道を準備させよう』／と書いてあるのは、この人のことだ。
7:28 言っておくが、およそ女から生まれた者のうち、ヨハネより偉大な者はいない。しかし、神の国で最も小さな者でも、彼よりは偉大である。」
7:29 民衆は皆ヨハネの教えを聞き、徴税人さえもその洗礼を受け、神の正しさを認めた。
7:30 しかし、ファリサイ派の人々や律法の専門家たちは、彼から洗礼を受けないで、自分に対する神の御心を拒んだ。

7:34 人の子が来て、飲み食いすると、『見ろ、大食漢で大酒飲みだ。徴税人や罪人の仲間だ』と言う。
7:35 しかし、知恵の正しさは、それに従うすべての人によって証明される。」
◆罪深い女を赦す
7:36 さて、あるファリサイ派の人が、一緒に食事をしてほしいと願ったので、イエスはその家に入って食事の席に着かれた。
7:37 この町に一人の罪深い女がいた。イエスがファリサイ派の人の家に入って食事の席に着いておられるのを知り、香油の入った石膏の壺を持って来て、
7:38 後ろからイエスの足もとに近寄り、泣きながらその足を涙でぬらし始め、自分の髪の毛でぬぐい、イエスの足に接吻して香油を塗った。
7:39 イエスを招待したファリサイ派の人はこれを見て、「この人がもし預言者なら、自分に触れている女がだれで、どんな人か分かるはずだ。罪深い女なのに」と思った。
7:40 そこで、イエスがその人に向かって、「シモン、あなたに言いたいことがある」と言われると、シモンは、「先生、おっしゃってください」と言った。
7:41 イエスはお話しになった。「ある金貸しから、二人の人が金を借りていた。一人は五百デナリオン、もう一人は五十デナリオンである。
7:42 二人には返す金がなかったので、金貸しは両方の借金を帳消しにしてやった。二人のうち、どちらが多くその金貸しを愛するだろうか。」
7:43 シモンは、「帳消しにしてもらった額の多い方だと思います」と答えた。イエスは、「そのとおりだ」と言われた。

管理人」のたとえ
16:1 イエスは、弟子たちにも次のように言われた。「ある金持ちに一人の管理人がいた。この男が主人の財産を無駄使いしていると、告げ口をする者があった。
16:2 そこで、主人は彼を呼びつけて言った。『お前について聞いていることがあるが、どうなのか。会計の報告を出しなさい。もう管理を任せておくわけにはいかない。』
16:3 管理人は考えた。『どうしようか。主人はわたしから管理の仕事を取り上げようとしている。土を掘る力もないし、物乞いをするのも恥ずかしい。
16:4 そうだ。こうしよう。管理の仕事をやめさせられても、自分を家に迎えてくれるような者たちを作ればいいのだ。』
16:5 そこで、管理人は主人に借りのある者を一人一人呼んで、まず最初の人に、『わたしの主人にいくら借りがあるのか』と言った。
16:6 『油百バトス』と言うと、管理人は言った。『これがあなたの証文だ。急いで、腰を掛けて、五十バトスと書き直しなさい。』
16:7 また別の人には、『あなたは、いくら借りがあるのか』と言った。『小麦百コロス』と言うと、管理人は言った。『これがあなたの証文だ。八十コロスと書き直しなさい。』
16:8 主人は、この不正な管理人の抜け目のないやり方をほめた。この世の子らは、自分の仲間に対して、光の子らよりも賢くふるまっている。
16:9 そこで、わたしは言っておくが、不正にまみれた富で友達を作りなさい。そうしておけば、金がなくなったとき、あなたがたは永遠の住まいに迎え入れてもらえる。
16:10 ごく小さな事に忠実な者は、大きな事にも忠実である。ごく小さな事に不忠実な者は、大きな事にも不忠実である。
16:11 だから、不正にまみれた富について忠実でなければ、だれがあなたがたに本当に価値あるものを任せるだろうか。
16:12 また、他人のものについて忠実でなければ、だれがあなたがたのものを与えてくれるだろうか。
16:13 どんな召し使いも二人の主人に仕えることはできない。一方を憎んで他方を愛するか、一方に親しんで他方を軽んじるか、どちらかである。あなたがたは、神と富とに仕えることはできない。」
◆白い衣を着た大群衆
7:9 この後、わたしが見ていると、見よ、あらゆる国民、種族、民族、言葉の違う民の中から集まった、だれにも数えきれないほどの大群衆が、白い衣を身に着け、手になつめやしの枝を持ち、玉座の前と小羊の前に立って、
7:10 大声でこう叫んだ。「救いは、玉座に座っておられるわたしたちの神と、／小羊とのものである。」
7:11 また、天使たちは皆、玉座、長老たち、そして四つの生き物を囲んで立っていたが、玉座の前にひれ伏し、神を礼拝して、
7:12 こう言った。「アーメン。賛美、栄光、知恵、感謝、／誉れ、力、威力が、／世々限りなくわたしたちの神にありますように、／アーメン。」
7:13 すると、長老の一人がわたしに問いかけた。「この白い衣を着た者たちは、だれか。また、どこから来たのか。」
7:14 そこで、わたしが、「わたしの主よ、それはあなたの方がご存じです」と答えると、長老はまた、わたしに言った。「彼らは大きな苦難を通って来た者で、その衣を小羊の血で洗って白くしたのである。
7:15 それゆえ、彼らは神の玉座の前にいて、／昼も夜もその神殿で神に仕える。玉座に座っておられる方が、／この者たちの上に幕屋を張る。
7:16 彼らは、もはや飢えることも渇くこともなく、／太陽も、どのような暑さも、／彼らを襲うことはない。
7:17 玉座の中央におられる小羊が彼らの牧者となり、／命の水の泉へ導き、／神が彼らの目から涙をことごとく／ぬぐわれるからである。」
22:1 天使はまた、神と小羊の玉座から流れ出て、水晶のように輝く命の水の川をわたしに見せた。
22:2 川は、都の大通りの中央を流れ、その両岸には命の木があって、年に十二回実を結び、毎月実をみのらせる。そして、その木の葉は諸国の民の病を治す。
22:3 もはや、呪われるものは何一つない。神と小羊の玉座が都にあって、神の僕たちは神を礼拝し、
22:4 御顔を仰ぎ見る。彼らの額には、神の名が記されている。
22:5 もはや、夜はなく、ともし火の光も太陽の光も要らない。神である主が僕たちを照らし、彼らは世々限りなく統治するからである。
◆キリストの再臨
22:6 そして、天使はわたしにこう言った。「これらの言葉は、信頼でき、また真実である。預言者たちの霊感の神、主が、その天使を送って、すぐにも起こるはずのことを、御自分の僕たちに示されたのである。
22:7 見よ、わたしはすぐに来る。この書物の預言の言葉を守る者は、幸いである。」
22:8 わたしは、これらのことを聞き、また見たヨハネである。聞き、また見たとき、わたしは、このことを示してくれた天使の足もとにひれ伏して、拝もうとした。
22:9 すると、天使はわたしに言った。「やめよ。わたしは、あなたや、あなたの兄弟である預言者たちや、この書物の言葉を守っている人たちと共に、仕える者である。神を礼拝せよ。」
22:10 また、わたしにこう言った。「この書物の預言の言葉を、秘密にしておいてはいけない。時が迫っているからである。
22:11 不正を行う者には、なお不正を行わせ、汚れた者は、なお汚れるままにしておけ。正しい者には、なお正しいことを行わせ、聖なる者は、なお聖なる者とならせよ。
22:12 見よ、わたしはすぐに来る。わたしは、報いを携えて来て、それぞれの行いに応じて報いる。
22:13 わたしはアルファであり、オメガである。最初の者にして、最後の者。初めであり、終わりである。
22:14 命の木に対する権利を与えられ、門を通って都に入れるように、自分の衣を洗い清める者は幸いである。
22:15 犬のような者、魔術を使う者、みだらなことをする者、人を殺す者、偶像を拝む者、すべて偽りを好み、また行う者は都の外にいる。
22:16 わたし、イエスは使いを遣わし、諸教会のために以上のことをあなたがたに証しした。わたしは、ダビデのひこばえ、その一族、輝く明けの明星である。」
22:17 “霊”と花嫁とが言う。「来てください。」これを聞く者も言うがよい、「来てください」と。渇いている者は来るがよい。命の水が欲しい者は、価なしに飲むがよい。
22:18 この書物の預言の言葉を聞くすべての者に、わたしは証しする。これに付け加える者があれば、神はこの書物に書いてある災いをその者に加えられる。
22:19 また、この預言の書の言葉から何か取り去る者があれば、神は、この書物に書いてある命の木と聖なる都から、その者が受ける分を取り除かれる。
